Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ShellCraft ("the Service"), operated at shellcraft.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ShellCraft is a SaaS platform that allows users to create, deploy, and share interactive mini web applications ("shells") through AI agents ("claws") via Telegram. The Service includes:

• AI-powered shell generation and hosting
• Telegram bot integration for shell creation and management
• Public and private shell sharing via unique URLs
• Credit-based usage system with free and paid plans

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account using a valid email address or Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Plans and Payments

ShellCraft offers free and paid subscription plans (Starter, Plus, Pro) with varying features and credit allowances. Paid plans are billed monthly through MercadoPago (ARS) or Paddle (USD). You may also purchase one-time credit packs.

• Monthly credits reset each billing cycle and do not roll over
• Purchased credit packs do not expire
• Prices are subject to change with prior notice

5. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you create through the Service ("User Content"), including shells, data files, and configurations. By publishing a shell as "public", you grant ShellCraft a non-exclusive license to display it in the explore gallery.

• You are solely responsible for the content of your shells
• You must not create shells that contain illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• ShellCraft reserves the right to remove any content that violates these terms

6. API Keys

You may optionally provide your own API keys (Anthropic, OpenAI, OpenRouter) for unlimited usage. Your API keys are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM. ShellCraft is not responsible for charges incurred on your own API key.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Create shells designed to deceive, phish, or harm other users
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
• Abuse the credit system or circumvent usage limits

8. Service Availability

ShellCraft strives to maintain high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

9. Cancellation and Termination

• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your account will be downgraded to the Free plan
• Your existing shells will remain accessible but you may not be able to create new ones if you exceed the Free plan limits
• ShellCraft reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShellCraft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
